Aesthetic Studio Oslo offers wrinkle treatments. We are concerned with achieving an optimal result, and therefore believe it is important to combine your knowledge of yourself with our knowledge of anatomy.
You notice the effect of the treatment after 3-5 days, and the full effect comes after approx. 14 days. The treatment lasts an average of 3 months before there will be a need for a new treatment if you want optimal results.
Wrinkles between eyebrows
We treat lines that occur between the eyebrows when we pull the brows together.
The result will give a more alert look and, for many, relieve tension headaches caused by squinting.

Platysma band / Nefertiti lift

FAQ
Who is suitable for treatments?
Through natural aging processes, sun exposure and movement, lines and wrinkles are created in the skin. A distinction is made between dynamic and static lines.
Dynamic lines are caused by repeated movements. They are characterized by the fact that the lines are not present without movement, and that they disappear after the movement is completed. If the lines are present without movement, they are called static lines.
It is easiest to process lines before the lines become static.
Side effects
Possible side effects include temporary reactions at the injection site, e.g.
- Redness
- Sweling
- Itching
- Pain
- Stinging/banging
- Firmness/unevenness
- Bruises
- Discomfort
These reactions can occur immediately after or after treatment and can last for 1-2 weeks. Lip injections may cause more swelling and bruising due to the lip's physiology. With all punctures through the skin barrier, there is always a risk of infection. Fillers can migrate, and however low there is a risk of filler embolus, blindness, granuloma, skin necrosis when injected into a blood vessel.

Is there anything I should not do after treatments?
The treatment is very unlikely to affect your daily life. It is nevertheless recommended on a general basis to:
- Do not rub or massage the injected area for the first 4 hours after treatment.
- Do not exercise immediately after the treatment.
- Do not drink alcohol immediately after the treatment.
There are many different recommendations for what not to do after treatment, but it is uncertain how important it actually is to avoid these.
Can I drink alcohol after treatment?
It is not dangerous to enjoy alcohol after treatments, but it could lead to an increased tendency to bruise due to the blood-thinning effect of alcohol.
Is it dangerous to take treatments over time?
Treatments are not stored in the body and when the effect wears off after 2-4 months it is completely safe to continue with a new treatment.
What happens when the effect wears off?
When the effect of the treatment wears off, the muscles will begin to function as normal again and the lines you had before treatment will slowly return. You will not form more or new lines if you stop the treatment, but to maintain the result, treatment is necessary every 3-4 months.
Can I use make-up after the treatment?
We recommend waiting 1 hour before applying make-up, but the scares are so small that putting on make-up after treatment is not problematic.
What do I do if I am not satisfied with the result?
We always offer a follow-up appointment 2 weeks after treatment to check the result, if there is a need for adjustments this is of course included in the price of the first treatment.
Can I fly after treatment?
Yes, altitude and air pressure do not affect the results after treatments.
Can I take skin treatment in close relation to wrinkle treatments?
This varies depending on the skin treatment in question. Get in touch with questions about a specific treatment.
Can I lie on my face after the treatment?
If a couple of hours have passed after the treatment, you can lie/sleep with your face against the pillow without any problems.
