Profhilo is an injection treatment consisting of hyaluronic acid built up in a very special way to avoid rapid breakdown, but at the same time ensure that the product spreads evenly throughout the skin.

The product adds moisture, stimulates the body to produce collagen and elastin, and gives the skin a slight lift and an incredible glow.

The treatment is carried out by injecting 1 mL of product on each side of the face in 5 different points via the BAP technique. The procedure is fast, safe, and causes very little discomfort for the vast majority. Profhilo Structura is a further development of the original Profhilo – specifically designed to provide more structure, support and definition to areas that have lost volume and elasticity.

The product contains stabilized hyaluronic acid of different molecular weights, which means that it both provides moisture and stimulates the skin's own production of collagen and elastin, while also providing a noticeable firming and lifting effect.

Unlike classic Profhilo, which primarily works with glow and hydration, Structura is designed to strengthen the skin barrier and rebuild tissue – perfect for those who want to improve facial contours or work with skin that has lost firmness.

The treatment is carried out by injecting small amounts of product into strategic points on the face or neck.

Effect: How many treatments you need to achieve the desired effect is individual. It depends on your starting point and what you want to achieve. We usually recommend 2-3 treatments, but some recommend up to 6 treatments to achieve the desired result.

Allergic reactions to previous treatments

We recommend that the skin rests for the first 12-24 hours after treatment. This means that you do not massage or rub the skin, and avoid retionoids or other exfoliating skin products/peelings. We recommend that you avoid saunas and other extra hot activities, and wait an hour before applying make-up.

Step 1: Inflammation:

Microneedling is not very painful, but can be uncomfortable.

Afterwards, your skin may feel a bit like being sunburnt, as you will feel some tightness and warmth in your skin. You will be given two creams to use over the next two days.

We recommend resting the skin for the first time after the treatment. This means not massaging or rubbing the skin for the first 12 hours, and avoiding make-up, strong creams with retinol and other exfoliating products, hard scrubs, for the first 24-48 hours after treatment.

For the next 72 hours, you should avoid activities that involve sweating and exposure to sunlight. Such conditions may cause itching, burning, stinging or tingling sensations in the skin. This may also cause dry/chapped skin, redness, swelling and soreness/discomfort.

Ameela® is an injection treatment based on polynucleotides (natural molecules found in the body). The treatment works by increasing the skin’s hydration, elasticity, and regeneration, and is used both preventively and as a treatment for early signs of aging.

Ameela® is injected with small pricks under the skin in the chosen area. The treatment usually takes 15–30 minutes and requires no anesthesia. In most cases, you can return to normal activities the same day.

  • Use daily sun protection to maintain the results

For optimal results, a course of 2–3 treatments spaced 2–4 weeks apart is often recommended. After that, maintenance treatments can be done 1–2 times per year.

Many notice improvements in skin glow and hydration after the first treatment. The effect gradually builds in the weeks following and becomes more visible after completing the full treatment series.

Common reactions include mild redness, swelling, or small bruises in the treated area. These usually resolve within a few days. Serious side effects are very rare when the treatment is performed by qualified healthcare professionals.
